The Ground Breaking Pilot of Dynamic Food Procurement

​In 2016, Bath and North East Somerset Council appointed EM as a technology and management agent to oversee the procurement, fulfilment and delivery of regional produce for 60 schools across the region under our fresh-range incubator logistics operation. Improved choice, quality, value and sustainability performance in the public sector catering environment resulted. EM has subsequently won multiple awards as well as being named 'Food Tech Pioneers' by The Guardian, Green Business of the Year by Bath and North East Somerset Council and a finalist in the BBC's Food & Farming Awards.
